We are sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with Jewolite as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Jewolite E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire. We will only accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Jewolite receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Jewolite merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return.
Just contact us here within 14 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason why it didn't work out for you. All returns of online orders, must be returned within 14 days from the day the order was received. We must receive your item within 14 days from the date your order was received, if more than 14 days have gone past we will be unable to offer you a return on your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
All earrings are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally sale items cannot be returned for store credit.
We only offer direct exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accommodate exchanges by mail instead we will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards your desired item.
We at Jewolite work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is sent to our fulfillment centre, physically picked, packed and dropped off for shipping.
This unfortunately means once your order information is electronically sent to our fulfillment centre NO changes or cancellations can be made. If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us here as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email here with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you! Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a E-Gift Card credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a E-Gift Card will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jewolite does not credit original shipping charges or return shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card will be emailed to you. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Jewolite does not credit original shipping charges.
Jewolite requires items to be returned within 14 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center or retail locations after 14 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and discarded without notice.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Jewolite reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Jewolite reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Jewolite items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
